~~First Entry of 2009~~

I thought my first entry for 2009 will be a happy and exciting one. I was WRONG!
Firstly, I am really upset lately due to my ugly pimple face.
I never had such acne outbreak before, NEVER.. And I meant acne because they are really big and painful. Dreadful, I tried all sorts of methods to let it clear as soon as possible but it doesn't work! I did not every try to squeeze it but some still remains as scars. What a start for 2009 and a start for new job. I've attempt my last option which is to consult a doctor. He told me that the medication will help me to clear the acne within one to two weeks. I just hope for speedy recovery asap, It hurts my confidence level when going out... F*$K!

I also realised that I burnt a hole in my pocket these two months due to the festive season. I did not control my spending and ended up having to take out some cash from my savings to pay for my bills now.. Darn it! I've never managed my money so badly before. I wonder what happened that I've got the crazy shopping temptaion. Although actually I feel really happy buying all the things that I like, I THINK I SHOULD STILL SLAP MYSELF TWO TIMES ON EACH SIDE and start pulling shopping handbrake.

To add on to my swayness, I lost my camera USB adaptor. I can't upload my photos now.. Been wanting to share my NYE photos but got fed up looking for the adaptor.. Damn Again!

Eventhough the beginning of the year is not very smooth for me, It will not stop me from giving up having a fruitful 2009!!!
I must continue to be happy and strive hard for 2009! I must work harder so that I can earn more money.. I also must learn to save and stop spending like crazy for the next three months to top up my savings le.. And I hope my hubby will love me a little more each day, that's the most impt to me now to counter such a bad start for the year.

2009, my luck will change!!!

Post Christmas and Preparing for 2009

Christmas seems be getting quieter year by year.

I've lost interest in going for christmas clubbing as years go by... I now prefers to to celebrate with family and friends. Ever year, I will never miss my favourite Carols by the candlelight in church.. Its always heart warming and fun singing christmas carols!!!

This Christmas eve, I had my last company christmas lunch at Scarlet hotel..Thanks to all for being such nice friends and colleagues of mine...

Its also great to have year end gathering with friends, we had our christmas BBQ at Jimmy's place. Good food, great mj and funny gift exchanges. We definitely had a great laugh during the gift exchange period...

Our rules for gift exchange was " Must be unisex, no photo frames, no mugs" This is what I've got, hairwax for male and female- unisex, Oh my gosh!!!

Now christmas mood is over, I'm sure everyone is as excited as I am to enter into a brand new year. I'm always happy and looking forward because every new year means a new start, and to have new goals and dreams. It is also the time when we leave what we have not achieved behind and look forward to what we wanna achieve next year!!Wohooo...

2009 is the most exciting year because its gonna be a year full of big but realistic goals for my hubby and me.
We believe 2009 will be a money making year as long as we work hard for it. We do not have to depend on any fortune teller or financial guru to tell us when is the best time to prosper because God knows what's best for us. As long as we do our best to work towards our goal, God will do the rest! I'm finally ready to pen down my exciting new year resolutions.

In 2009, I want to:

~excel in my new company

Even though I have to start all over again in a new company, that will not stop me from working hard to achieve great results in my new company. Moreover, I'm selling something of my greatest interest next year. I'm so happy!!

~make more $$$ through financial investments and trading

Many may say that it is a bad time to invest or trade but I see it otherwise. I feel that its the greatest opportunity for people like me to start buying at low and affordable prices. There are many opportunities out there as long as we open our eyes:)

~buy our own house

I thank God that we didn't manage to buy any flat this year. Next year will be the ultimate year to buy a house of our own at afforadable prices. Whether it is HDB or private property will really have to depend on our afforadability next year and we are working really hard towards it. Can't wait to celebrate christmas at our own place!

~excercise regularly, eat lesser and healthier.

That also means to cut down on macdonalds:(

~travel to more places to see the world.

We've plans and Taipei and Korea new year which gets me really excited. Next on the line will be Australia and Europe but I'm sure I can complete all in one year cos I do not have enough annual leave..Darn!

~ win some competition or contest
While making money can be great, it can also be quite heart-aching if we keep spending our hard earn money and not saving. Thus saving money through contests can be another way to enjoy life. I remembered winning contest during school days like an IPOD in daily draw contest, Robinsons voucher, Concert tickets etc etc. But ever since I left school, I haven't been joining any contest to win some things. Next year, I hope to win free fuel or some other free gadgets contest.. haha..

~ Maybe... plan for a small business for 2010..

Oh yeah! I'm so excited now...

Dear 2009, I welcome you with my warm, big hands!!

I will work really really hard for you!*Ahem* I mean for myself and my family :)

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL BELOVED FRIENDS AND FAMILY!!!

Christmas Isn't Christmas Till It Happen To Your Heart

While we are all excited to celebrate christmas with family and friends, we might have fogotten the true meaning of Christmas-why God sent his son on this very special day to save us all.

While we party and drink, we might have forgotten to invite Jesus to our party-to our life.

While we were happily giving and receiving presents, we might have fogotten the silent ones who cried to God for help. The poor and the needy who really need help but we can't hear them.

This Christmas, I hoped we will at least remember the true meaning of Christmas, think of the people in need, it may be the poor, the sick or friends who had lost their job this period. And I think the least we can do before we all forget, is to thank God for sending Jesus and pray for the people in need.

Have a merry Christmas!! Enjoy this lovely song:)

"Christmas isn’t Christmas

‘til it happen in your heart

Somewhere, deep inside you, is where Christmas really starts

So, give your heart to Jesus, you’ll discover when you do

That’s it Christmas, really Christmas for you.

Jesus brings warmth like a winter fire,

like a light like a candle’s glow

He’s waiting now to come inside, As he did so long ago

Jesus brings gifts of truth and life and makes them bloom and grow

So welcome Him with a song of joy, and when He comes you’ll know….

That Christmas isn’t Christmas ‘til it’s happen in your heart

Somewhere, deep inside you, is where Christmas really starts

So, give your heart to Jesus, you’ll discover when you do

That’s it Christmas, really Christmas

Christmas,really Christmas

Christmas, really Christmas for you"

++Her first MY JIA Family Trip ++

I am so excited to share about my family trip that I can't wait to post this entry immediately after I came back from the trip:)

After marriage, I finally joined my first family trip with MY JIA to Kota Tinggi.
I was the ultimate fun three days two night trip, well organised by my 5th Uncle in Law and 4th Aunt in law. Two Thumbs up for the both of them. This might be unbelieveable but there were 37 pax in total and WE CONQUER THE WHOLE BUS!!!HAHAHA!! Moreover, this is not full attendence yet. I think we need two buses full if we are on full force.

On the first day, we had more leisure time and night market walk.. While "free and easy" time usually includes Soccer for the boys and Mahjong for the ladies, which was also part of our iternary. LOL! As usual, I had the honour to attend serious and advance mahjong training classes with the seniors. That really helps to pass time in a fun way.

To keep us entertained the whole day, uncle even provided the most advanced photo hunt for us. One picture with 20-30 differences.. faintz.. But was fun.

We reached the resort in the afternoon on Friday. To our surprise, there was only our family in this entire resort that day. Wherever we walk, we only bumped into our own people. HAHA..
Then again, that also means freedom to scream and shout without others complaining.

The second day was really fun when we have our "Amazing Race-My Jia edition" to help creates family bonding with the other relatives in the morning. One of the funniest and greatest family bonding games besides mahjong:)

We then proceed to the all famous Kota tinggi waterfall in the afternoon. Well, anyway that's the only famous place to go for tourist. HAHA. Spend sometime there and firefly watch at night. I enjoyed amazing race and firefly watch the most because the night was beautifully filled with stars. I guess I was watching the stars more than the fireflies. heehee.

We then went back to the resort for a mini birthday celebration for all the December babies after firefly watching. After which, we proceed for mahjong again.. Happy Birthday to ALL!

My lovely family photo...

The trip was really fulfilling and fun that I've forgotten about work and stress.. But I had too much food that I put on too much weight. I also did not take care of my face for two nights due to lack of water, sleep and SKII. I need to revitalised my skin again... Anyhow, Thank to all these people who have made the trip a memorable and fantastic one! I will be looking forward to our CNY trip new year.. I heard we are going to play with FIREWORKS AND FIRECRACKERS.. WOhoooo...

Its 2.00am now and I'm super tired.. Gonna catch some sleep to recharge for reality tomorrow-back to work:( CHEERS to ALL!

Beautiful Skin - Part II

I've promised to blog about SKII and how it works for me.
I recently bought this box of SKII radiance set which includes the followings:
-Whitening Source DermDefinition 30ml
-Facial Treatment Essence 150ml
-Facial Treatment Cleanser 20g
- Facial Treatment Clear Lotion 40ml
- Facial Treatment Cleansing Gel 15g
- Whitening Source Derm-Revival Mask 3pc

I've tried the toner, essence and Whitening source Dermdefinition for three weeks.
While the essense is suppose to provide skin renewal effect as well as making ur skin more radiant, I do see such results but its not totally obvious. It is usually mentioned by some friends who comment that they can see my face "glow". However I must comment that I can feel that my face is more hydrated and moisturized.. The whitening essence, which is another award winning product is used to remove dark spots. I wouldn't say it totally clear ur scars or freckles, but it did lighten my pimple scars. Oh yes, one thing to note if anyone wants to try SKII products. If you are at your 20s, you will only need to use it once a day. I've tried twice a day and its too strong for my skin.Anyway I guess the most important factor when using any product is that there is no pimple outbreak so by using once a day, your face will be saved.

Of cos, what works for me may not work for you. Like I recently bought a facial scrub from chinatown that works very well on my colleague, my skin could not taking and now I'm suffering from all the small balms and pimples and I will have to treat them all over again:( So now I've learnt, it is best to have some samples to try first. Another alternative is to buy the sample size from SASA as a start.

I'm going for my family trip now!!!! Take care!

No Right to Judge
I don't care if I have scary eyes, scary nose or scary boobs!
I only know that my God is graceful to let me know that I do not need to be judge by others.
Readers who think I do not know who they are, I must tell you that I have been tracking and know who you are.

I have the right to control my blog, place whatever pictures I like. If some nuisance keep disturbing me by writing nonsense, then get lost!! I've banned you from writing in my comment box. I think I should consider making this a private blog so only those who are kind enough to mind their own business can read it, for those who are worthless, I won't bother to allow you to read anymore..
